The Problem

Our Process

Walked the full deck to map every crack and confirm the extent of the separated coping section near the spa steps
Cleared overgrown grass and vegetation along the deck perimeter to expose the full surface and reduce moisture buildup against the edge
Pressure washed the entire pool deck to strip dirt, algae, and mildew and prep the surface for patching and sealer adhesion
Routed and cleaned out each crack to remove loose debris and create a clean bonding surface for the repair compound
Patched and filled the deck cracks with a flexible repair compound designed to move with the slab and resist re-cracking
Re-secured and sealed the separated coping section at the spa steps, closing the gap to stop water intrusion behind the pool wall
Allowed all patch material to cure fully before moving into the sealing stage
Spray-applied ICT ColorSeal H2O Pro across the entire deck for a uniform, slip-resistant, UV-protective finish
Final walkthrough to confirm even coverage, texture, and color consistency across the whole deck
