• Applied a bonding agent to the ground concrete and into the patched crack areas so the skim coat would properly adhere instead of sitting loose on top
• Applied a skim coat over the full deck to level the surface and lock in the crack repairs
• Applied a second bonding agent coat over the skim coat to prepare it for the texture spray
• Sprayed a textured deck coating over the bonded skim coat for a slip resistant finish
• Applied ICT ColorSeal H2O Pro in Graystone as the final protective topcoat
